It pretty much matches the picture I had in my head when I came up with the idea and I'm so glad I decided to persevere with the star square pattern (I'll try and write up the pattern soon!)
Hope you all like it as much as I do!
Squares were made individually (up to and including the coloured 'outline') and then I used the 'Join As You Go' method to put them all together with the white yarn. :-)
